How does Online Check-In service work?
A:
When you use Online Check-In service, you provide the information that we typically collect at the Front Desk during the standard check-in process— before your arrival.
Once you’ve successfully completed the Online Check-In service and your room is ready, you can head directly to your Disney Resort hotel room using the Unlock Door feature in the My Disney Experience app.
You may also use a MagicBand to enter your room or a Key to the World Card, available at the Front Desk.
Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using Online Check-In service at Disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.
