Is my room assigned when I initiate the Direct-to-Room service?
A.

No. Rooms are not assigned until your arrival day. We take into consideration information you provide during the online check-in process, such as your estimated arrival time and any room location request selections (subject to availability), when assigning a room.

Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on or with the My Disney Experience app.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
