What are the benefits of the Direct-to-Room service?

The Direct-to-Room service lets you...

  • View your reservation
  • Simplify your arrival
  • Bypass the Front Desk⁠
  • Receive real-time room ready updates, including room number and arrival instructions
  • Have digital access to Resort hotel maps
  • Use your MagicBand or the My Disney Experience app to unlock your door
  • Begin the fun and magic of your vacation even sooner

Need anything else? You can still visit the Front Desk any time after you've arrived!

Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
