I purchased Memory Maker. When can I begin downloading my photos?
A:
You can begin downloading your Memory Maker photos as soon as they are available in your MyDisney account—or you can wait until you get home and download them all at once. Simply use the My Disney Experience app or visit the Disney PhotoPass website. However, it can take up to 24 hours for your photos to appear in your account.
You can download your photos as many times as you like until they expire—currently 45 days after the date the photo was taken.
If you purchased Memory Maker at the advance purchase price, please be aware that photos taken within 3 days of the date of purchase will not be included in Memory Maker and must be purchased separately.
