What should I do if photos from members of my Family & Friends list are missing from my Disney PhotoPass gallery?
A:
There are a few reasons you may be unable to see photos taken by someone on your Family & Friends list in your gallery.
First, verify that this person has accepted your invitation to join your Family & Friends list. If so, confirm that they have enabled "Share My Disney PhotoPass Photos.”
Also, if there are more than 25 members of your Family & Friends list sharing images, you will need assistance to be able to share, view and download photos and videos from all of them at one time.
Contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Support at (407) 939-5277 for these and any issues regarding missing photos. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
