Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

If I purchase a select Florida Resident Annual Pass using the Monthly Payment Program, will it automatically renew?

A:

No. Your Annual Pass is valid for one year from the date of issuance and does not automatically renew. Annual Passes can be manually renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration.

There are 3 convenient ways to renew:

  1. Renew online
  2. Renew at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or Disney Springs Guest Relations location.
  3. If you will be paying for your pass in full, you can renew over the phone by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

If you are renewing through the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, phone renewals are not available. However, you can renew online, in person at a theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location. Annual Passes can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration.

Though the Annual Pass owner does not need to be present for renewal, each Annual Pass owner will need to be present at the ticket window to receive their pass.
