Why don’t I see my theme park Annual Pass in the My Reservations or My Profile sections in the My Disney Experience app?
A:
We apologize that your pass is not showing up. Even if you have previously added your Annual Pass to Disneyworld.com, you may need to link it again to ensure that it is connected to My Disney Experience.
Link your Annual Pass to My Disney Experience.
If you have tried to link your Annual Pass and confirmed that it has not expired, contact us and we will help.
The linking process requires that you have your Annual Pass in your possession, as you will need the ID numbers printed on the pass. You will also need to log in to your MyDisney account.
