My MagicBand or card does not work properly. What should I do?

A.

If you are experiencing technical issues with your MagicBand or card—for example, if it is not recognized by a touch point—please ask the nearest Cast Member for assistance. If they are unable to correct the situation, please visit Guest Relations, talk to a Disney Resort hotel Lobby Concierge or contact us.

We will make sure to either get your MagicBand or card in proper working order or provide you with a replacement, so that you can continue to enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

Replacement MagicBands may be subject to a fee.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call (407) 939-5277.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
