I am an Annual Passholder and my MagicBand did not arrive as scheduled or I forgot to bring it with me. What should I do?

A.

Don’t worry, if your MagicBand did not arrive as scheduled or you did not bring it with you, you can still enjoy the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Your annual pass card—with a photo ID—remains valid for theme park entry until it expires. You can use your MagicBand when you come back the next time!

Disney MagicMobile service is an easy, more contactless way to access MagicBand and card features, like theme park entry, through the power of an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Google Pay enabled Android phone.

If you do not have either your MagicBand or your annual pass card, please visit Guest Relations for assistance. Present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to confirm your identity.

Complimentary MagicBand Update

As more Walt Disney World Passholders continue to discover Disney MagicMobile service, we will no longer be offering complimentary MagicBands with annual pass purchases and renewals made August 16, 2021 and beyond. Annual Passholders will continue to receive a special discount on purchased MagicBands—with even more designs to choose from in the future. Walt Disney World Annual passholders may continue to use a variety of options, including:

  • Disney MagicMobile service
  • Current MagicBands linked to their Disney account
  • Newly purchased MagicBands (available at a special discount for Annual Passholders)
  • Annual pass cards
  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation, including resort/package bookings and tickets, please call (407) 939-5277.
    For Walt Disney World dining, please book your reservation online.
  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
