Most areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort are accessible by complimentary bus transportation. The bus stop at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House is located near the entrance of the Resort hotel, in front of the Giraffe Trail Guest Rooms.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort using Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your visit. If you are staying more than 8 nights, you will receive full cleaning service on the fourth day of your visit and trash and towel service on the eighth day of your visit.
For non-Disney Vacation Club Members, rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service.
Mail Services
Send pre-stamped postcards and letters from the Front Desk, as well as pre-packed, pre-labeled packages. Stamps are available for purchase at Zawadi Marketplace.
