Am I required to register for a MyDisney account to link a ticket to a MagicBand, MagicBand+ or Disney Magic Mobile service?
A:
Yes, you are required to register and log in to your MyDisney account to access your tickets through a MagicBand, MagicBand+ or Disney Magic Mobile service.
You do not technically link tickets to a MagicBand, MagicBand+ or Magic Mobile. You actually link tickets to your MyDisney account. You can then access tickets linked to your account with Disney Magic Mobile service or with any active MagicBand or MagicBand+ that is also linked to the account.
Once you have registered for a MyDisney account, you can use the My Reservations section of the My Disney Experience app to:
- Access and manage your tickets
- Find a list of your Resort hotel reservations and vacation packages
- View your dining reservations
You can also make plans for other members of your party by utilizing the Family & Friends feature in the My Disney Experience app.
Create a new MyDisney account or link a ticket to your MyDisney account.
