Why are some images missing from my Disney PhotoPass gallery when I view it on the EZ Prints website?
A:
Certain properties and Characters that might be photographed at Walt Disney World Resort (such as Star Wars locations or Marvel Super Heroes) are protected by licensing arrangements that limit Disney’s ability to transfer certain images to a third party, such as EZ Prints. However, if you purchase and download your Disney PhotoPass photos from your MyDisney account, you will be able to print, share and create gift products with them for your personal use.
