Hotel Reservations – Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
I made a hotel or package reservation, but when I look for it on disneyworld.com, it’s not listed. What should I do?
A:
Try again to view your existing Resort hotel reservation in the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience. You will have to log in to view your reservation.
If you’ve visited the above page, but you still don’t see your reservation, you may have to link it to your MyDisney account. You will need your Resort Confirmation Number. After you do so, the reservation will show up on the My Reservations page to allow you to easily reference it in the future.
Please note that if you booked through a third-party travel agency, when you link your reservation to My Disney Experience, you should select the “Through a Travel Professional” option from the dropdown menu.
If you’ve recently made a reservation, you may have to wait 24 hours for it to appear online.
If you continue to have problems finding a reservation, please call (407) 939-5277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
