Why doesn’t my package reservation confirmation show all of the correct information?

Your confirmation might not show information that has been recently updated—most commonly the flight information that you entered for Disney’s Magical Express transportation. Please wait a few days and check your reservation on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience.
If you are concerned that the information on your reservation confirmation is incorrect, please call (407) 939-7675. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
