Why doesn’t my package reservation confirmation show all of the correct information?
A:
Your confirmation might not show information that has been recently updated. Please wait a few days and check your reservation by signing into your Disney account at My Plans and Tickets on the My Disney Experience page.
If you are concerned that the information on your reservation confirmation is incorrect, you may be able to modify the reservation online. To update a reservation online, simply select the link for “Modify Reservation.”
If your reservation cannot be updated or modified online, please call (407) 939-5277. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permissions to call.
Please note that a change fee may apply.
