I purchased a Disney Resort Hotel Package. How do I take advantage of everything that came with my package?
A:
When you check into your Disney Resort hotel, you will either receive a printed voucher with information on how to use it for redemption, or you’ll be instructed on how to use your Disney Resort ID card to redeem meals, package tickets, recreation and other package features.
For select vacation packages, a voucher may be mailed to you in advance with your travel documents.
If you have questions, please call us at (407) 939-5277 or ask the front desk at your Disney Resort hotel when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
