Direct-to-Room & Online Check-in Services – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

When I use the Direct-to-Room service, what sort of information do I need to provide online?

A:

During the online check-in process, you’ll provide the same information you would typically provide to the Front Desk during a standard check-in—including a credit card for incidental charges, your arrival time, room location requests (which are subject to availability), home address and mobile phone number. We’ll also ask you to create a 4-digit personal identification number that you—and the other members of your party with charging privileges—will use to verify your identity when you make purchases and use dining entitlements at Walt Disney World Resort.

Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.
