Life Fitness treadmills, bicycles (regular and recumbent), ellipticals and stair climbers are available to Guests of Disney’s Old Key West Resort seeking cardiovascular exercise. Free weights and weight machines are also on site for those looking to pump iron while on vacation.

A sauna is also available beneath the lighthouse by the main pool.

Requirements
Old Key West Exercise Room is complimentary for Guests staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort.

Guests must be 14 years and older to use the health club. Guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Hours of Operation
Old Key West Exercise Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be required to use your MagicBand.

Lockers
Lockers are available for your convenience. However, valuables should be secured in your hotel safe.
