How do I remove a Disney MagicMobile pass from my device or someone else's?
A:
Follow these steps to remove a Disney MagicMobile pass from your iOS device.
- Open Apple Wallet
- Select the pass you wish to remove
- Select the "i" at the top-right
- Scroll to bottom of screen and select "Remove This Card"
If a pass is deactivated by a Cast Member, “Remove This Card” will appear beneath the pass in your Apple Wallet.
On an Android device:- Open Google Wallet
- Select the pass you wish to remove
- Select "..." at the top-right
- Select "Remove" or "Remove All"
If you want to deactivate your pass from someone else’s device, speak with a Cast Member at Guest Relations or call (407) 934-7639 for assistance. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
