I purchased MagicBands for my Disney Resort hotel stay and they did not arrive. What should I do?

A.

If you purchased MagicBands as part of your Disney Resort hotel stay, fulfillment and shipping takes about 11 days—it might take a few days more or less depending on factors such as holidays, weekends and inclement weather. MagicBands purchased as part of a stay between 10 days and 6 days before your arrival will be available for pickup at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel.

If MagicBands have been shipped to you, and they have not arrived and your visit to Walt Disney World Resort starts within 3 days, please contact us.

If you purchased MagicBands as part of your stay and you do not receive your shipment before you travel to Walt Disney World Resort, you will be provided with MagicBands or cards when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.

Disney Resort hotel Guests no longer receive complimentary MagicBands.

If you have not yet done so, Disney Resort hotel Guests have the option to purchase MagicBands up to 6 days before arrival at special pre-arrival prices. You can also purchase a MagicBand online at shopDisney or at select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World Resort.

  • 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
