Order online anytime for delivery to any Disney Resort hotel and other select locations.Deliveries are available 7 days a week. For same-day delivery, please order by noon.
Disney Watercraft Transportation
Cruise from Walt Disney World Swan Hotel to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on a Friendship Boat.
Friendship Boats depart from the hotel, with stops at the Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Villas and the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

Parking
Self-parking is located near the entrance to Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Valet parking is available at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
The following rates apply for registered Guests and visitors parking at Walt Disney World Swan Reserve:
- Self-Parking – $40 per vehicle, per day (plus tax)
- Valet Parking – $51 to $61 per vehicle, per day (plus tax)
Rates for other Guests:
- Self-Parking – $40 per exit
- Valet Parking – $51 to $61 per exit
Minnie Van™ Service
Dash about in Disney style with Minnie Van service Connected by Lyft for travel within Walt Disney World Resort. Please note: this service is separate from your vacation package and subject to additional charges.
ATM
An ATM is located in the lobby of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Additionally, ATMs are also located in the lobbies of the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
24-hour self-service laundry rooms are located on the lower level of Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Machine tokens can be purchased in the laundry room.
For dry cleaning or valet laundry service, dial “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone. Deposit your items in the provided laundry bag for pickup and fill out the attached form. Items picked up by 9:00 AM will be returned to you by 6:00 PM that same day.

Mail Services
Postal and package-handling services are available at the Business Center, located in the main lobby.
Send anything from postcards to golf clubs to packages weighing up to 100 pounds. The business center can also receive packages on your behalf and deliver them to any location at Walt Disney World Resort.
The Business Center also provides a full range of office services and supplies.

Swan Reserve Health Club
Shape up at a facility offering state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment and a large selection of free weights.
Located at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, the Swan Reserve Health Club features strength-training apparatuses, treadmills, stair climbers, life cycles and ellipticals with built-in training and entertainment systems. The location also contains its own locker rooms and showers. Complimentary yoga mats and stability balls are available upon request.
Guests must be at least 16 years of age. In addition to the Swan Reserve Health Club, Guests are also welcome to use the facilities at the neighboring Swan Health Club and Dolphin Health Club. Open 24 hours a day.
