Disney Watercraft Transportation
Cruise from Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on a Friendship Boat.
Friendship Boats depart from the hotel, with stops at the Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Villas and the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.

Parking
Self-parking is located near the entrance to Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Valet parking is available at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby.
Rates for registered Guests of Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel:
- Self-Parking – $40 per vehicle, per day (plus tax)
- Valet Parking – $51 to $61 per vehicle, per day (plus tax)
Rates for other Guests:
- Self-Parking – $40 per exit
- Valet Parking – $51 to $61 per exit
Minnie Van™ Service
Dash about in Disney style with Minnie Van service Connected by Lyft for travel within Walt Disney World Resort. Please note: this service is separate from your vacation package and subject to additional charges.

Two 24-hour ATMs are located in the lobby near the elevators.
Car Rental Services
Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of having a rental car during your stay by going through one of our preferred car rental partners: Enterprise, Alamo or National. You can book a vehicle online or call (407) 824-3470 to book or schedule a shuttle pick-up appointment. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
24-hour self-service laundry rooms are located on the lower level. Machine tokens can be purchased in the laundry room.
For dry cleaning or valet laundry service, select “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone. Deposit your items in the provided laundry bag for pickup and fill out the attached form. Items picked up by 9:00 AM will be returned to you by 6:00 PM that same day.

Mail Services
Postal and package-handling services are available at the Business Center, located in the main lobby.
Send anything from postcards to golf clubs to packages weighing up to 100 pounds. The Business Center can also receive packages on your behalf and deliver them to any location at Walt Disney World Resort.
The Business Center also provides a full range of office services and supplies.
