I can’t find my existing Resort hotel reservation on disneyworld.com. Where should I look?
A:
View an existing Disney Resort hotel reservation on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience. You will have to log in to view your reservation.
If you’ve visited the above page, but you still don’t see your reservation, you may have to link it to your MyDisney account. You will need your Resort Confirmation Number.
If you continue to have problems finding a reservation, please call (407) 939-5277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Please note that if you booked through a travel agency, you may not be able to see your reservation on disneyworld.com.
