How do I remove someone from my Family & Friends list?

A:

To remove someone from your Family & Friends list, please follow these instructions:

  • View your Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience.
  • Locate the person that you wish to remove on the list.
  • For a connection, select the “Edit Settings” button, followed by the “Remove” button. A pop-up message will ask you to confirm that you wish to remove the person. Select the “Yes, Remove” button.
  • For a Guest you manage, select the “Manage” button, followed by the “Delete Profile” button. A pop-up message will ask you to confirm that you wish to delete the person’s profile. Select “Yes, Delete Profile.”

If you decide you want to add them back to your Family & Friends list, you can invite them to connect with you if they have a separate MyDisney account.

You cannot remove Guests on your Family & Friends list who have active entitlements—such as Disney dining plans. If you encounter a situation where you wish to remove or delete someone and you are unable to do so, please call (407) 939-4357. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
