I invited someone to connect to my Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. What does the connection status of “Pending Invites” mean?

A:

When you invite a new person to connect to your Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience, they will receive an email notification. The email includes a link to the Family & Friends List, where they can accept or decline your invitation. Until they respond, their name will appear under the “Sent” tab of the “Pending Invites” section within your Family & Friends list.

Allow the person time to accept or decline the invitation. If your connection request is declined, their name will disappear from the “Sent” tab of the “Pending Invites” section and will appear under "Guest you Manage" on your Family and Friends page.

If you wish to resend your invitation, go to your Family & Friends list and select “Resend” next to their name in the “Sent” tab of the “Pending Invites” section. Of course, you can also call or email the person and ask them to respond to your invitation.

If your request was declined, please double-check the email address of the person you are inviting and confirm that it is correct.
