Why is a credit card required to make a dining reservation?

Some restaurants or experiences require payment in advance. However, for most venues, we require your credit card to make a dining reservation so we can use it as a placeholder. In these cases, your credit card won’t be charged before you dine unless you:Don’t show up for your reservation, orFail to cancel or modify the reservation in accordance with the restaurant’s cancellation and modification policiesIf you don’t arrive for your reservation or fail to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy, or if you fail to modify in accordance with the modifications policy and then need to cancel, the credit card you provide at the time of reservation will automatically be charged a per-person fee. Yes. Halal meals are offered at select restaurants and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. A halal meal can be requested when making your reservation at a table service restaurant by calling (407) 939-3463. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. Yes! Our plant-based options are made without animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey. They are made with ingredients that come from plants, including grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and legumes. Plant-based items will be noted with a green leaf icon on printed dining menus and menu boards.We’ve found that many of our vegetarian and vegan guests tailor their diet to their lifestyle and their dietary preferences may vary.
