Dining Reservations – Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t some of my dining reservations appear in the My Plans or My Reservations sections of My Disney Experience?

A.

Your dining reservations are tied to a specific Disney account. It is possible that you made the reservation on another account or you were not signed in when you made the reservations. They also might not be showing up if you made your reservations over the phone, at the hotel concierge or in person at the restaurant.

Link an existing dining reservation to your Disney account. You will have to sign in to link the reservation.

If you are still unable to see your dining reservations, please call (407) 939-3463. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
