Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
Villas with one or more bedrooms feature an in-unit washer and dryer, plus one single-use box of laundry detergent. Additional laundry detergent can be requested from Housekeeping for $1.00 per single-use box.
A 24-hour self-service laundry room is also available on the ground floor.
For dry cleaning and valet laundry service, please select “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone.

Housekeeping Service
When you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, enjoy peace of mind knowing that your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.
If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort using Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your visit. If you are staying more than 8 nights, you will receive full cleaning service on the fourth day of your visit and trash and towel service on the eighth day of your visit.
For non-Disney Vacation Club Members, rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service.
Mail Services
Send pre-stamped postcards and letters from the Front Desk, as well as pre-packed, pre-labeled packages. Postage stamps are available for purchase at Wilderness Lodge Mercantile.
