How do I reset MyDisney account password?

A:

From time to time, we may ask you to update your password, you may forget your password or you may want to update your password. Regardless of the reason, you may reset your password either of these 2 ways:

Answer Security Questions If you have previously provided answers for the 2 security questions, reenter the answers in order to reset your password immediately. Please note that the answers must be an exact match to what was originally entered.

Or Request an Email If you don’t have (or don’t recall) the answers to your security questions, you may request an email that contains a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. The email will come from MemberServices@DisneyParks.TWDC.com.

Be Sure Your New Password Meets Our Requirements Enter a combination of 6 to 25 characters, using at least one letter and number and optionally, special characters like “!”, “?” or “&”. Always store your password in a safe place, and remember that passwords are case sensitive.
