What should I do if I lose my MagicBand or card?

If you can access disneyworld.com, please visit the MagicBand section of My Profile and select the MagicBand or card you wish to deactivate. Then, when asked for the reason why you are deactivating, indicate that the MagicBand or card is lost. You can also deactivate a MagicBand by using the My Disney Experience mobile app.
If you have another MagicBand or card available, you can activate it on the MagicBand section of My Profile.
In the event that you lose your MagicBand or card while staying at Walt Disney World Resort, please visit Guest Relations or your Disney Resort hotel Lobby Concierge and we will deactivate it for you.
Please note: On occasion, we may be able to provide you with a replacement MagicBand. However, replacement MagicBands are provided on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a fee. In addition, limited-edition and specialty MagicBands cannot be replaced.
Starting in 2021, we plan to unveil an innovative new offering as part of the My Disney Experience app that will bring features of a MagicBand to your smart devices. With this new offering, MagicBands will no longer be provided on a complimentary basis with new Disney Resort hotel reservations for Guests with arrivals beginning Jan. 1, 2021 and beyond.
Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels with an arrival date through December 31, 2020 will receive complimentary MagicBands.
