Q.

I am an Annual Passholder and my MagicBand did not arrive as scheduled or I forgot to bring it with me. What should I do?

A.

Don’t worry, if your MagicBand did not arrive as scheduled or you did not bring it with you, you can still enjoy the Walt Disney World theme parks.

Your Passholder card—with a photo ID—remains valid for theme park entry and can be used for FastPass+ service until it expires. You can use your MagicBand when you come back the next time!

If you do not have either your MagicBand or your Passholder card, please visit Guest Relations for assistance. Present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to confirm your identity.

If you have additional questions about your annual pass or need help, please call (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
