Walt Disney World Swan Hotel

Shape up at a facility offering state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment and a large selection of free weights.

The Swan Health Club features strength-training apparatuses, treadmills, stair climbers, life cycles and ellipticals with built-in training and entertainment systems. The location also contains its own locker rooms and showers. Complimentary yoga mats and stability balls are available upon request.

Guests must be at least 16 years of age. In addition to the Swan Health Club, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel Guests are welcome to use the twin facilities at the Dolphin Health Club. The Swan Health Club is located on the first floor, adjacent to the pool. Hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Take a scenic run around Crescent Lake—a loop of approximately 0.8 miles. On your run, you’ll pass 5 EPCOT-area Resort hotels. For those seeking more of a challenge, routes ranging from 2 to 4 miles are also available.

At this supervised Children’s Activity Center, kids 4 to 12 years of age will be endlessly entertained—while parents enjoy some time to themselves.

In a safe, fun environment staffed by caring counselors, your little ones can play video and board games, make arts and crafts, and even make new friends! Dinner, a Disney movie, and nightly themed activities with cool prizes and souvenirs make it an evening they’re sure to rave about for days to come.

Reservations are required for Camp Dolphin’s evening program. The cost is $10 per hour per child. Camp Dolphin is located on the first level of Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.
