Important Details
A theme park reservation AND a valid park ticket or annual pass are required to enter EPCOT for the photo session. A park ticket or annual pass is not included in the price of this experience.
Please book online and if you'll be celebrating a special occasion during your photo session, you can share those details with us in advance by calling (407) 939-7758 or inform your photographer when you check in.
Capture Your Moment is only available during regular park hours at EPCOT.
A gratuity is not required.
1-Day Full Cancellation Policy
There is a 1-day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged and forfeited if Guest cancels within 1 day or “no shows” for the reservation.
Same-Day Photo Session Reservations
A limited number of same-day reservations may be available. Check availability online or via the My Disney Experience app. Or, visit the check-in location or a Guest Relations location at EPCOT for same-day inquiries and booking.
If available, same-day bookings are allowed up to 2 hours prior to your photo session.
Maximum Party Size of 8 People
Please book the reservation with a photo session quantity of 1. Each photo session reservation is valid for a maximum of 8 people in the pictures, excluding children 2 years of age and younger.
Attire and Props
Attire and Guest-supplied props need to abide by Park Policies. Wedding attire and clothing that drags on the ground is not permitted. Please review the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules prohibited items and attire policies before the day of your photo session.
If you'd like to use a Disney PhotoPass prop during your session, please inquire at the check-in location.
Check-In
Plan to arrive at the check-in location beside the Kidcot Fun Stop next to Art of Disney—located in the American Adventure Pavilion—at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. Your photographer will meet you here and escort you to the selected location. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. The photo session will last up to 20 minutes.
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Inclement weather and park changes may limit a location's availability and are subject to change without notice.
Your session will not be extended if you arrive late.
Purchasing Photos
Photos captured during this experience must be purchased separately. If you have a Disney PhotoPass entitlement—like Memory Maker or Memory Maker One Day—or you have a qualifying Walt Disney World Annual Pass with a Disney PhotoPass benefit, or a Walt Disney World Annual Pass with the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on, you will be able to download the photos captured by the photographer during the experience at no extra cost.
A valid accepted credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
