24-hour self-service laundry rooms are available near each of the 4 pools. Villas with one or more bedrooms also feature in-room washers and dryers.
For dry cleaning and valet laundry service, please drop off your items at Bell Services prior to 9:00 AM.

Mail Services
Send pre-stamped postcards and letters from the Front Desk at Hospitality House, as well as pre-packed, pre-labeled packages. Stamps are available for purchase at Conch Flats General Store.
Housekeeping Service
When you stay at a Disney Resort hotel, enjoy peace of mind knowing that your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.
If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort using Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your visit. If you are staying more than 8 nights, you will receive full cleaning service on the fourth day of your visit and trash and towel service on the eighth day of your visit.
For non-Disney Vacation Club Members, rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service.
