Yoga on the Lawn
Start your day out in the best way possible!
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM, enjoy a complimentary 30-minute Gentle Yoga class in a tranquil atmosphere under the Skyway Bridge. Take part in feel-good poses that can perk you up and leave you walking away feeling centered, focused and ready to own the day! This is for all ages and fitness levels—no toe-touching flexibility required.
Class space is limited to 20 Guests staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Mats and towels are provided on-site.

A jogging path loops around Bay Lake Tower and the South Garden Wing for a just-under-1-mile jaunt.

Gather 'round as the sun goes down for a little old-fashioned family fun as you roast marshmallows by a crackling fire.
