PhotoPass – Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
Does my Memory Maker purchase allow me to download photos linked to my family and friends?
A:
Yes. You can download photos and videos from up to 25 members of your Family & Friends list that share photos taken during your Memory Maker window.
Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App or by visiting Disney PhotoPass, you can begin downloading your Memory Maker photos as soon as they are available in your MyDisney account—or you can wait until you get home and download them all at once. When you download the first photo—or otherwise redeem your Memory Maker purchase—you then have 30 days to capture more photos and videos. Please remember to download your photos before they expire.
If you purchased Memory Maker at the advance purchase price, photos taken within 3 days of (or prior to) the date of purchase will not be included in Memory Maker and must be purchased separately.
