I purchased a Disney Band online or at a retail location. How do I link it to a MyDisney account so that I can use it?
A:
If you purchased your Disney Band at the Disney store online or at a retail location, please follow these steps to link it to your MyDisney account:
Step 1: Power on your Disney Band by pressing the button on the back, in the lower right corner.
Step 2: Hold up your band to the back of your smart device, or go directly to the “Link to Account” section in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
Step 3: Follow the directions in the app to finish linking your Disney Band or Disney Band to your MyDisney account.
Once that’s done, be sure to sure to link your theme park tickets, reservations and more to your MyDisney account.
