How does Online Check-In work? 
When you use Online Check-In, you provide us in advance of your arrival with the information that we typically collect at the Front Desk during the standard check-in process. If you successfully completed the online check-in process, you can then go directly to your Disney Resort hotel room using a MagicBand to unlock the door. If you don't have one, Key to the World Cards are available at the front desk. Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using Online Check-In on or with the My Disney Experience app. Additionally, in the My Disney Experience app, you can also use a digital key feature to unlock your Disney Resort hotel room door.
