Le bœuf Miyazaki doit avoir un score de qualité de la viande de A-4 ou A-5 (les meilleurs grades). Toutes nos coupes ont le score le plus élevé de A-5!
Le gras du bœuf Wagyu a un point de fusion plus faible que tout autre bœuf. S’il cuit trop longtemps à une chaleur trop élevée, il fond tout simplement. La sensation que la viande fond dans votre bouche fait du bœuf Wagyu une expérience culinaire si extraordinaire.
