If a member of my party is afraid of dogs or has allergies, what will you do to accommodate us?
A:
Some of the Walt Disney World hotel room inventory is designated as dog-friendly, meant to accommodate Guests with service animals. Guests with allergies or whom otherwise need a space with no dogs, should book a room at any of our more than 25 Disney Resort hotels—except the following 4 Resort hotels, which have dog-friendly floors or sections:
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
- Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
All other Walt Disney World Resort hotels remain canine-free to accommodate Guests with allergies or other needs.
In addition, we have a thorough cleaning process for our rooms and will work to accommodate individual needs.
