If I arrive prior to my Disney Resort hotel check-in time, can I get my tickets and start my vacation?
A:
Yes. When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, visit the Front Desk and we’ll provide any theme park tickets that are included in your Disney Resort Hotel Package—even if it is before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas, 3:00 PM for The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and 3:00 PM for the other Disney Resort hotels.
Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app to use Disney MagicMobile service, a feature that allows you to access select amenities at your Disney Resort hotel, so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive.
Note that luggage is not permitted in the Disney theme parks, water parks or on Disney buses. However, you can use convenient Bell Services storage options, even if your hotel room isn’t ready yet.
