Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
I am an Annual Passholder. What should I do if my MagicBand+ did not arrive when it was scheduled to, or if I forget to bring it with me?
A:
If your MagicBand+ did not arrive as scheduled or you did not bring it with you, you can still enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
Your Annual Pass card—with a photo ID—remains valid for theme park entry until it expires. You can use your MagicBand+ when you come back the next time! You can also use Disney MagicMobile service, another form of entry into select theme park and Disney Resort hotel amenities through an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch or Google Wallet enabled Android phone.
If you do not have your MagicBand, MagicBand+ or your Annual Pass card, please visit Guest Relations for assistance. You will need to present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, to confirm your identity.
For more information, please call (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277—or use the Annual Passholder Help Form to email our dedicated Help Team with any questions you may have about your Annual Pass. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
