Annual Passes – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

Can I upgrade my Annual Pass?

A.

Yes. If you are interested in upgrading your Annual Pass more than 60 days before it expires, visit any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location and they will walk you through your options.

If it is less than 60 days before and 30 days after the expiration date of your Annual Pass, you can upgrade when you renew your pass. There are 3 convenient ways to renew:

  1. Renew online
  2. Renew at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window or Downtown Disney Guest Relations location.
  3. Renew over the phone by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

If you are renewing through the Monthly Payment Program for Florida residents, phone renewals are not available. However, you can renew online, in person at a theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location.

Though the Annual Pass owner does not need to be present for renewal, each Annual Pass owner will need to be present at the ticket window to receive his or her pass.
