Direct-to-Room Service & Online Check-in Service – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

I’m on my way to—or already at—my Resort hotel but haven’t checked in yet. Can I still participate in the Direct-to-Room service?

A:

Yes. You can use Direct-to-Room service anytime in advance of your stay—up to and including your arrival day. To participate, you must complete Online Check-In service, which will allow you to receive real-time Resort reservation updates, including a notification when your room is ready. For a more convenient travel experience, we recommend starting this process prior to your arrival day.

Check-in time for all Disney Resort hotels is 3:00 PM, except for Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, which have a check-in time of 4:00 PM.
