I did not receive my Disney's Magical Express confirmation letter or luggage tags prior to leaving home. What should I do?


Disney’s Magical Express service no longer provides luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport, and are therefore not mailing luggage tags. Resort Airline Check-In Service is also no longer available.

Guests who choose to use Disney’s Magical Express service are responsible for picking up any of their checked luggage from the airport’s baggage claim area, so that it can be loaded onto the motorcoach to their Disney Resort hotel. Please know that your luggage will travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel.

If you did not receive your Disney's Magical Express confirmation letter prior to leaving home, please speak with a Disney Cast Member at Disney’s Magical Express service.

Note: Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.

Domestic Arrivals
Take the train from your arrival gate to the Main Terminal, disembarking on Level 3. You will need to claim your luggage on Level 2 before proceeding to Disney’s Magical Express service, located in the Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1.

Guests claiming their luggage in Terminal A of the airport must return to Level 3 to cross to Terminal B before continuing to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney's Magical Express service, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

International Arrivals
Upon exiting your aircraft, enter the U.S. Immigration checkpoint. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the Customs checkpoint. When exiting the Customs area, keep your checked bags with you to travel on the motorcoach.

Take the train to the Main Terminal Building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney's Magical Express service is located in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before proceeding down to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney’s Magical Express servicewelcome center, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

Luggage assistance will be available at the front of your Disney Resort hotel, including luggage storage and/or transport to the room.

Upon your departure, please ensure your luggage is with you and is loaded onto the motorcoach so you can check it in with your airline once you reach the airport.
