How do I link a Resort hotel reservation to my account?
A:
If you do not see your existing Resort hotel reservation in the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience, you may have to link it to your disneyworld.com account. Visit the reservation and purchase linking page and select the "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" option to begin. Enter your Resort Confirmation Number and the last name of the person planning the reservation to link it to your account.
After you do so, the reservation will show up on the My Reservations page to allow you to easily reference it in the future.
Please note that if you booked through a third-party travel agency, when you link your reservation to My Disney Experience, you should select the "Through a Travel Professional" option from the drop-down menu.
If you've recently made a reservation, you may have to wait 24 hours for it to appear online.
If you continue to have problems finding a reservation, please call (407) 934-7639. Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's permission to call.
