How can I use the Play Disney Parks app to delete my child’s MyDisney account?

A:

Follow these steps to delete your child’s MyDisney account:

  1. Launch the Play Disney Parks app using your child’s username and password.
  2. Select the Mickey Mouse icon in the top-left of your screen.
  3. Select “MyDisney Account.”
  4. Select “Account Settings.”
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Delete Account.”

If you cannot log in because you do not know the password to your child’s account, you can request a one-time passcode. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Play Disney Parks app and select “Log In.”
  2. Select “Need help logging in?”
  3. Enter the account username and a one-time passcode will be sent to the parent/guardian email address associated with your child’s account.
  4. Enter the passcode in the app and select “Continue.”
