How do I apply discounts to a mobile order?

A:

At Walt Disney World Resort, you can use the mobile food & beverage ordering feature at select quick-service restaurants and place to-go orders at select table-service restaurants and candy locations with the My Disney Experience mobile app. Mobile menu offerings may vary from in-restaurant offerings.

When making a mobile food or beverage order on the app, applicable savings will automatically be reflected in your total. At this time, only Disney Visa Cardmember, Annual Passholder, Golden Oak Resident and Disney Vacation Club Member discounts apply on select purchases. Please keep in mind that not all mobile order-enabled restaurants offer dining discounts and not all restaurants offer mobile or to-go ordering.

Help for Annual Passholders
If you’re an Annual Passholder, to ensure your discount is applied, be sure to link your Annual Pass to your Disney account. To do so from the My Disney Experience app, go to the menu (☰) and select "Link to Account" to add your ID number to your account.

Help for Disney Vacation Club Members
For Guests who do not see their Disney Vacation Club Membership discount or are unable to add it, please call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 for assistance.

Help for Disney Visa Cardmembers
Disney Visa Cardmembers must pay with their Disney Visa Card and/or Disney Rewards Redemption Card to qualify for their Cardmember discount.
