What can I do if I lose my smartphone or smart device with my Disney MagicMobile pass on it?

A:

First, lock your iPhone or Apple Watch via iCloud, or your Android via Google's Android Device Manager. Then, find a Cast Member to report the lost device. Cast Members can also assist with deactivating your Disney MagicMobile pass and setting you up with alternative means for your vacation experience. As a backup, you can also switch to using your MagicBand.
