How do I apply discounts to my purchase when using merchandise mobile checkout?
A:
At Walt Disney World Resort, you can use the merchandise mobile checkout feature via the My Disney Experience app to scan and pay for merchandise at participating stores. Eligible discounts will be applied for the following Guests:
- Disney Visa Cardmembers
- Annual Passholders
- Disney Vacation Club Members
- Golden Oak residents
Discounts will apply pursuant to the applicable policies for such discounts.
Help for Disney Visa® Cardmembers
Pay with your Disney Visa Card and/or Disney Rewards Redemption Card to qualify for the Cardmember discount. Make sure to use the most recent version of the My Disney Experience app to receive applicable discounts.
Help for Annual Passholders
If you’re an Annual Passholder, to ensure your discount is applied, be sure to link your Annual Pass to your MyDisney account. To do so from the My Disney Experience app, go to the menu (☰) and select "Link to Account" to add your ID number to your MyDisney account.
Help for Disney Vacation Club Members
If you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member and do not see your Disney Vacation Club Membership discount, or are unable to add it, please call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 for assistance.
